Scale
For permanent recruitment: Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern), House Rent Allowance (Rs. 12960, 30% of pre-revised basic), Medical Reimbursement, Leave Travel Concession, Conveyance and Food Allowance, Encashment of Privilege Leave, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity as per company rules. For deputation: Pay Scale as above, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (Rs. 12960/month), Deputation Allowance (per DOPT guidelines), reimbursement for local travel, TA/DA, communication/mobile expenses, other perks as per AYCL rules, joining time pay and transfer TA borne by AYCL as per parent organization rules.

Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience, including 3 years as Unit Head in a manufacturing setup, preference for Industrial Fan and Blowers manufacturing experience, for CPSE/State PSU experience as Deputy General Manager or above, for private sector 18 years with 3 years in Senior Managerial position as Unit Head in a company with turnover > Rs. 200 crore, for Government/PSU officers holding analogous post or 2 years in immediate lower pay scale.

Proven leadership in capacity building, cost control, waste minimization, quality, productivity, computer savvy for MIS generation, activity charts, dispatch plans, knowledge of application engineering related to Industrial Fans, strategic planning for CRM, competitive benchmarking.

Lead Engineering Division as a profit center, set vision and mission for productivity and growth, achieve ambitious growth plans, business generation, and profitability, oversee industrial fan manufacturing operations, production targets, order booking, invoicing, payment collection, after-sales service, facilitate departmental functions focusing on cost control, waste minimization, quality, productivity, implement CRM strategies for customer retention/addition, competitive benchmarking, identify export opportunities aligned with global trends, ensure MIS generation, activity charts, dispatch planning.

About Andrew Yule & Company Limited (AYCL)

History of Andrew Yule is not only about its business empire but also about the immense contributions it made towards socio-economic and industrial development of the country. It all started in 1863 when Andrew Yule, a young entrepreneur from Scotland arrived in Calcutta, the then imperial capital of India and founded the Company as a managing agency at a time when the railways, telegraph and postal services made a beginning in the country. By 1875 the Company established substantial business interest in jute, tea, cotton, coal and insurance.
George Yule, the elder brother of Andrew Yule, took the reign of the Company in 1875. He was a typical exponent of liberal school of thought and took a leading part in public affairs. He became the Sheriff of Calcutta in 1886 and was elected the President of Indian National Congress in 1888, one of the only two Europeans who have the said honour.
